Verify Eligibility
Ensure your item is in its original, unopened packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days; please note that for hygiene reasons, used tanks or coils cannot be returned.
Request an RMA
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct return shipping address.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your device with all original accessories and manuals, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the box before shipping it via a carrier of your choice.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days, notifying you immediately via email.
